Catalina Island / Channel Islands 3 Day
Lobster Season Opener
October 5-7, 2023
California lobster diving trips are some of the most fun and exciting adventures you can imagine. We will board the Pacific Star live-aboard boat on Wednesday Evening, October 4, 2021. We will awake at our first available dive site off Santa Catalina. Water currents are generally mild and there’s always a calm and clear site to dive. Several dive sites are ideally suited for open water or advance SCUBA training as well as deep or night dive training. You will also love feeding the bright orange Garibaldi, the state fish
Accommodations and Scuba Diving
The Pacific Star is 65’ long, 22’ beam and designed with Scuba Divers in mind. We limit this to a maximum load of 22 passengers. All bunks have privacy curtains with a blanket and pillow(s) for each bunk.
One of the most sought after dive sites for divers all over the world. Expect lush kelp forests, garibaldi, yellowtail, kelpbass, wite seabass, giant black sea bass, leopard sharks, blacksmiths, opaleyes, and many additional species within the Channel Islands. Photography opportunities abound.
